Return & Refund Policy for Zidyn

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 15 calendar days of delivery.

  • Products must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all packaging intact(including tags, certificates, and protective materials).

  • All complimentary gifts (e.g., jewelry pouches, cultural cards) must be included. Failure to meet these conditions will result in deducted fees from your refund.

Return Process

  1. Request Approval

    • Email service@zidyn.com with your order number, product details, and reason for return.

    • Our team will review your request within 2 business days and notify you of approval/denial.

  2. Ship Returns

    • If approved, we will provide a return address via email.

    • You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service.

  3. Inspection & Refund

    • Upon receipt, we will inspect the item(s) within 3-5 business days.

    • Refund approval/denial and any applicable deductions will be communicated via email.

Refund Details

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days(timing varies by bank/processor).

  • Deductions may apply for:

    • Damaged/missing packaging or gifts (up to 20% of item value).

    • Signs of wear or customization.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Final sale items (clearly marked during checkout).

  • Products altered, engraved, or damaged after delivery.

  • Returns initiated without prior approval.
